A Star Studio is pleased to offer our "School Hip Hop Workshop" to augment your physical education curriculum.

Our talented, experienced instructors teach the latest Hip Hop Styles and dance steps  for each group Kindergarten to Grade 12 in your P.E. blocks This can culminate in an impressive performance by your students for the staff and parents.

A Star Studio has been visiting  more than 35  schools in Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster and Surrey augmenting the physical education curriculum.

We have had rave reviews about the wonderful instruction and the all encompassing experience this has been for the students' academic, physical, social and emotional well-being.   

This program augments the students' coordination, concentration, focus, memory, listening skills and spatial direction; it encourages them to cheer each other on, so they not only experience the excitement of the group energy they are helping to create, they also become aware of how important they are to the rest of the group.

Workshop Description: Enjoy an active workshop learning the latest dance styles from A Star Studio's renowned Hip Hop Instructors. In this 3 hour session, you will learn the foundations of Hip Hop, Grooving, Breaking and Funk Styles as well as how to break it down and teach it to your own students.
